TVGH-SpineXR

TVGH-SpineXR is a curated full-spine radiograph dataset developed for quantitative analysis of spinal alignment and scoliosis evaluation. The dataset comprises standing posteroanterior (PA) X-ray images spanning vertebral levels T1\u2013L5, annotated with Cobb angles, upper and lower endplate lines, and vertebral segmentation masks. Each image is accompanied by detailed vertebra-level classification labels, enabling precise measurement of spinal curvature and supporting automated model training for scoliosis assessment.The dataset is divided into three subsets: training, validation, and testing, all formatted according to the COCO annotation standard. Notably, the test subset includes five AP (Anteroposterior) full-spine radiographs serving as standardized evaluation cases. All annotations were created by two orthopedic surgeons with 18 years of clinical experience, with vertebral masks generated through mutual consensus.
