Preliminary Plat Map

Development patterns visible on the map include significant activity at the edges of established cities, particularly in northern and western Meridian (shown in cyan/turquoise), around Nampa (purple clusters), Kuna (orange concentrations in the south), Star (brown areas in the north-central region), and scattered developments in Caldwell (yellow), Eagle (lime green in the northeast), and other jurisdictions (pink, red, and other colors). The geographic distribution reveals where population growth and urbanization are occurring, with most development filling in areas between existing cities along major transportation corridors like Interstate 84 and extending into previously rural or agricultural lands at city peripheries.
