For ultra-stable kindergartens, all delivery enterprises do not need to monitor their market conditions at all times, and can maintain consistent procurement and delivery volumes of grain food each month; For generally stable kindergartens, all delivery enterprises need to monitor their market conditions every quarter and make appropriate adjustments to the procurement and delivery volumes of grain food; For fluctuating kindergartens, all delivery enterprises need to closely monitor their market conditions every month to grasp changes in their delivery dynamics, so as to accommodate large-scale adjustments to the procurement and delivery volumes of grain food. Step 1: Collect order information of the company's grain food deliveries to kindergartens via the delivery management system software, classify different delivery orders by each kindergarten, denote the monthly delivery amounts from January to December of a given year for a target kindergarten as y₁, y₂, …, y₁₂ in sequence, and summarize to obtain the total annual delivery amount y of the kindergarten for that year.
