“C-H的活化和其他烃类氧化的研究数据集”(编号:2022YFE0108000-003),隶属于国家重点研发计划“政府间国际科技创新合作”专项项目,聚焦C-H键活化这一烃类转化核心科学问题,围绕乙烷选择性氧化制烯烃展开研究。其既为解析C-H键活化普适规律、验证过渡金属催化剂通用作用机制提供支撑,也为甲烷氧化制甲醇研究提供对比参考,对构建多烃类转化共性技术体系、推动低碳烃资源高效利用意义重大。数据集数据为宁波大学在浙江宁波实验室的一手实验产出,采集于2022年10月-2025年8月,通过实时记录烃类氧化实验参数、提取实验室服务器检测数据获取。实验用采用固定床反应器,经催化剂造粒称量、惰性气体升温、反应气体切换等步骤开展实验,用岛津气相色谱仪检测产物,反应前校准流量计,结合标准曲线计算指标,保障数据可靠。数据集,含实验条件、原始数据2个文件夹,格式有docx、pdf、xlsx、gcd,记录乙烷氧化参数、产物指标、3篇相关论文及气相色谱原始数据。
Dataset for Research on C-H Activation and Other Hydrocarbon Oxidations (Dataset ID: 2022YFE0108000-003) is affiliated with the Special Project for Intergovernmental International Scientific and Technological Innovation Cooperation under the National Key R&D Program of China. This dataset focuses on the core scientific issue of C-H bond activation in hydrocarbon conversion, and centers on the research of selective oxidation of ethane to olefins. It not only provides support for elucidating the universal rules of C-H bond activation and verifying the general action mechanism of transition metal catalysts, but also offers a comparative reference for the research on methane oxidation to methanol. It is of great significance for constructing a common technical system for multi-hydrocarbon conversion and promoting the efficient utilization of low-carbon hydrocarbon resources. The data in this dataset are first-hand experimental results generated by Ningbo University at its laboratory in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, collected from October 2022 to August 2025, obtained by real-time recording of experimental parameters for hydrocarbon oxidation and extracting detection data from the laboratory server. The experiments were conducted using a fixed-bed reactor, following steps including catalyst granulation and weighing, temperature ramping with inert gas, and reaction gas switching. The products were detected by a Shimadzu gas chromatograph. Flow meters were calibrated prior to the reaction, and indicators were calculated using standard curves to ensure data reliability. The dataset contains two folders: experimental conditions and raw data, with file formats including docx, pdf, xlsx, and gcd. It records ethane oxidation parameters, product indicators, three related papers, and raw gas chromatography data.
