Medium from human iPSC-derived primitive macrophages promote adult cardiomyocyte proliferation and cardiac regeneration (hiPM vs THP-1M)

hiPMs (hiPSC derived primitive macrophages) were derived from hiPSC through a process of hematopoietic differentiation and maturation and the hiPMs were collected after maturation. THP-1 cells were treated with PMA for 48h to differentiate macrophages, then THP-1Ms (THP-1 derived macrophages) were collected after PMA treatment. Transcriptional profiling was conducted on the hiPMs and THP-1Ms.
