This is the raw imaging data for the experiments'Non-Invasive MRI of BCSFB Function: Application to the Ageing Brain (n=24)' from the work 'Non-invasive MRI of Blood-Cerebrospinal Fluid Barrier Function' by Evans <i>et al</i>.<br>The data is in Matlab format. The ASL data is in a 4D array where the first two array elements are the 2D MRI images, the 3rd element is the interleaved control and tagged images (together with the number of repetitions), and the 4th element is the number of inflow times (TI). The TIs used here are 750, 1500, 2750, 4000 and 6500ms.
本数据集为Evans等人于研究《血-脑脊液屏障功能的无创磁共振成像(Non-invasive MRI of Blood-Cerebrospinal Fluid Barrier Function)》中开展的「血-脑脊液屏障(Blood-Cerebrospinal Fluid Barrier, BCSFB)功能的无创MRI:在衰老大脑中的应用(n=24)」实验的原始成像数据。该数据以Matlab格式存储。动脉自旋标记(Arterial Spin Labeling, ASL)数据存储于四维数组中:数组前两个元素为二维MRI图像,第三个元素包含交替采集的对照与标记图像及重复次数信息,第四个元素代表流入时间(Inflow Time, TI)的数量。本次实验使用的流入时间(TI)分别为750、1500、2750、4000及6500毫秒。
