Protected Areas and Natura 2000 Network

Protected areas and Natura 2000 network: sites identified for natural, landscape and cultural characteristics defined by specific legislative acts. Sites of regional importance identified under the Bioitaly project. The data contain national, regional and other protected areas forming part of the Regional Ecological Network established by specific legislative act and classified according to the types provided for in Title II, Chapter I, of Regional Law No 19 of 29 June 2009, as amended, ‘Consolidated text on the protection of natural areas and biodiversity’; the Sites of Community Importance identified in accordance with Directive 92/43/EEC ‘HABITAT’ of 21 May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora; the Special Protection Areas established according to the Birds Directive 2009/147/EC (ex 79/409/EEC) on the conservation of all species of naturally occurring birds in the wild in the European territory and finally sites of local natural interest proposed by the Piedmont Region as part of the Bioitaly Project.

保护区与自然2000网络（Natura 2000 network）：指依据特定立法法案所界定的自然、景观及文化特征而认定的地块；以及依据Bioitaly项目认定的区域重要性地块。本数据集涵盖纳入特定立法法案所设立的区域生态网络（Regional Ecological Network）的国家级、省级及其他各类保护地，该类保护地依据经修订的2009年6月29日第19号区域法令《自然区域与生物多样性保护综合文本》第二篇第一章规定的类型进行分类；包含依据1992年5月21日发布的《关于自然栖息地与野生动植物保护的92/43/EEC指令》（下称‘生境指令’HABITAT）所认定的社区重要性生境地块（Sites of Community Importance）；涵盖依据《关于保护欧洲领土内自然野生鸟类所有物种的2009/147/EC鸟类指令》（原79/409/EEC指令）设立的特别保护地（Special Protection Areas）；最后还包含皮埃蒙特地区作为Bioitaly项目组成部分所提议的地方自然兴趣地块。
