Raw Sequencing Data for Vestibular Schwannoma

Raw MiSeq sequencing output provided in FASTQ format for vestibular schwannoma (VS). <br>Each run creates three files (ending in R1, R2, or R3); the files ending in R2 are used to remove duplicates created as a result of Haloplex HS preparation while R1 and R3 are paired-end reads. Each file also indicates the VS number with which the sequencing data are associated (beginning with VS_1, VS_2, etc.).

本数据集为针对前庭神经鞘瘤（vestibular schwannoma，VS）的原始MiSeq测序产出数据，以FASTQ格式存储。单次测序运行将生成三个文件，文件名后缀分别为R1、R2或R3；其中后缀为R2的文件用于剔除因Haloplex HS文库制备流程产生的重复序列，而R1与R3为双端测序读段。每个文件均标注了其所关联的VS样本编号，编号以VS_1、VS_2等形式命名。
