According to this study, it examines the impact of organizational change on company performance, focusing on the transition from a rigid hierarchical structure to a more flexible organizational design through the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives. Employing a qualitative research methodology, data was collected through interviews with representatives from key departments, including customer service, planning, and warehouse operations. The study identifies and addresses critical challenges such as inefficient communication, excessive documentation, and production inaccuracies.The CI approach successfully fostered cross-departmental collaboration, enhanced operational efficiency, and reduced costs. Specific improvements included shipment frequency, minimized dead stock, and streamlined warehouse operations, resulting in direct cost savings and increased productivity. Integrating technological tools further enhanced workflow transparency and decision-making accuracy. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of adopting flexible structures, fostering continuous collaboration, and institutionalizing CI culture to sustain operational excellence and drive long-term competitiveness.

本研究旨在探讨组织变革对企业绩效的影响,重点关注通过推行持续改进(Continuous Improvement,CI)举措,实现从僵化层级架构向更灵活的组织设计转型的实践。本研究采用质性研究方法,通过访谈客服、规划、仓储运营等核心部门的代表完成数据采集。研究识别并针对性解决了三类核心痛点:沟通效率低下、文档冗余及生产精度不足。CI举措成功推动了跨部门协作,提升了运营效率并降低了成本。具体优化成果包括优化出货频次、减少滞销库存、精简仓储运营流程,最终实现直接成本节约与生产效率提升。集成技术工具则进一步提升了工作流程透明度与决策精准度。本研究最后总结强调,企业若要维持运营卓越性并提升长期竞争力,需重视采用灵活组织架构、推动持续协作,并将CI文化制度化。
