Data from: Early-life environmental conditions shape demographic responses to climate change in male Antarctic fur seals

This data repository contains: "all_msat_genotypes_uniqueID.xlsx" - Microsatellite data (39 loci) of Antarctic fur seals "male_pups_pheno_data.xlsx" - Fitness data for male pups (PupTissueID, uniqueID, status = Recruited/NonRecruited/BeachDead/NA), PupBirthyear, PupSex, PupWeight = pup birth mass in kg, CoordPupping = pup birth locations recorded as x (first two digits) and y (next two digits) positions within a local Cartesian grid overlaid on the colony.
