The gene expression of microglia in the brain after ischemic stroke

In this study, we focused on microglia in the central nervous system and analyzed microglia in mouse models of tMCAO. Overall design: To examine the tissue or disease specific gene expression of microglia in the brain after ischemic stroke, we performed bulk RNAseq of microglia of 6 different isolated microglia sample (each sample contain 30 mice).
