Pathogenic infection and immune-related gene expression of Chinese sturgeon (Acipenser Sinensis) challenged by Citrobacter freundii

This study provides important knowledge of the immune response strategy of A. sinensis challenged with C. freundii, which will enhance the understanding of the pathogenesis and pathogenicity of C. freundii infection in sturgeon fish and be useful for appropriate prevention strategies in A. sinensis aquaculture operations.
