1、通过区域智慧教育大脑和教育大模型云平台(简称教育大脑、教育大模型)的新时代教师全面发展智慧评价子系统(简称智慧教师评价系统),教育局和各初中学校可以个性化定义区域初中老师发展评价指标体系。2、区域初中老师发展评价指标体系定义后,可以对指标设置相关分值,教育局、学校可以通过教育大脑、智慧教师评价系统和学校部署的相应物联网环境智能终端设备,自动开展对每个老师的评价,评价指标关联到德、勤、能、绩主干项,各项赋分后,教育局、学校、教师根据不同权限,可以通过智慧评价系统(APP)实时查看教师全面发展智慧评价评分情况。3、区域初中教师德勤能绩全面发展智慧评价数据,可以科学全面多维度动态掌握每个教师的全面发展情况,高效实现新时代教师新型发展综合评价,为当前区域初中教师的科学考评、职务薪酬补助统计发放、岗位升迁做数据支撑。4、同时该类数据可以为建设区域教育大脑和人工智能教育大模型,实现区域优质教师资源均衡,教师队伍科学建设,大规模因材施教、创新性与个性化教学,更好满足群众“上好学”的需要提供极为重要的数据支撑。(1)数据采集:通过区域智慧教育大脑和教育大模型云平台的新时代教师全面发展智慧评价子系统及平台相应的物联网环境智能终端设备,对所在区域各初中教师的德勤能绩等主干维度,根据系统性原则定义设置主干维度考核点体系,每天不定期进行多维度评价数据收集并自动汇总;(2)数据处理:教师智慧评价系统将采集到的不同维度数据按照对象和时间归集,并进行数据清洗,并去除或修正异常值、缺失值等,在每学期期末的设定截止时点,根据系统计算模型最终自动计算出各教师的德勤能绩等各项评价分值和综合总分值;(3)数据加工:教师智慧评价系统设置德勤能绩各项评价的总分数100分,各项权重比例中师德为10分、出勤为10分、专业才能为30分、工作绩效为50分、其他附加为5分,通过对每项评价总分与权重的乘积进行自动汇总求和大模型计算出每位教师全面发展的最终评价数据,并自动分析计算出各教师的综合全面发展等级情况;(4)教师智慧评价系统根据新时代教师新型综合评价要求,设定智慧教师评价系统大模型教师全面发展最终综合评级规则:85分到100分以上认定为优秀,70-85分为合格,70分以下认定为不定等次(或不合格)。
1. Education bureaus and junior high schools can customize the regional junior high school teacher development evaluation index system via the New-era Teacher Comprehensive Development Smart Evaluation Subsystem (hereinafter referred to as the Smart Teacher Evaluation System) of the Regional Smart Education Brain and Educational Large Model Cloud Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Education Brain and Educational Large Model).
2. After the regional junior high school teacher development evaluation index system is formulated, relevant scores can be assigned to each indicator. Education bureaus and schools can automatically conduct evaluations for each teacher through the Education Brain, the Smart Teacher Evaluation System and corresponding Internet of Things (IoT) environment intelligent terminals deployed on campus. The evaluation indicators are linked to four core dimensions: professional ethics, diligence, professional competence, and job performance. After scoring, education bureaus, schools, and teachers can view the real-time smart evaluation scores of teachers' comprehensive development through the Smart Evaluation System (APP) based on their respective permissions.
3. The smart evaluation data covering the four core dimensions of professional ethics, diligence, professional competence, and job performance for regional junior high school teachers can scientifically and comprehensively grasp each teacher's comprehensive development status from multiple dynamic dimensions, efficiently implement the new-type comprehensive evaluation of teachers in the new era, and provide data support for the scientific assessment, salary and subsidy statistics and distribution, and post promotion of regional junior high school teachers.
4. Meanwhile, such data can offer critical data support for the construction of regional smart education brains and artificial intelligence educational large models, the balanced allocation of regional high-quality teacher resources, the scientific development of teacher teams, large-scale aptitude-based teaching and innovative personalized teaching, and better meeting the public's demand for "accessing quality education".
(1) Data Collection: Through the New-era Teacher Comprehensive Development Smart Evaluation Subsystem of the Regional Smart Education Brain and Educational Large Model Cloud Platform and the platform's supporting IoT environment intelligent terminals, a systematic core dimension assessment point system covering professional ethics, diligence, professional competence, job performance and other core dimensions for junior high school teachers in the region is defined and configured. Multi-dimensional evaluation data are collected irregularly on a daily basis and automatically aggregated.
(2) Data Processing: The Smart Teacher Evaluation System collects and organizes the collected multi-dimensional data by subject and time, conducts data cleaning, and removes or corrects outliers, missing values and other abnormal data. At the set deadline at the end of each semester, the system automatically calculates the evaluation scores of each teacher's various dimensions including professional ethics, diligence, competence and performance, as well as the comprehensive total score based on the built-in calculation model.
(3) Data Enrichment and Calculation: The Smart Teacher Evaluation System sets the total score of all evaluation items under the four core dimensions as 100 points, with the following weight ratios: 10 points for professional ethics, 10 points for attendance/diligence, 30 points for professional competence, 50 points for job performance, and 5 points for other additional items. The final comprehensive evaluation data of each teacher's overall development is automatically calculated by summing the product of each evaluation item's total score and its corresponding weight, and the comprehensive development level of each teacher is automatically analyzed and derived.
(4) Teacher Comprehensive Rating Rules: The Smart Teacher Evaluation System establishes the final comprehensive rating rules for teachers' comprehensive development in accordance with the requirements of new-era teacher new-type comprehensive evaluation: scores ranging from 85 to 100 are classified as Excellent; scores from 70 to 85 are classified as Qualified; scores below 70 are classified as Ungraded (or Unqualified).
