Specifically, it aims to define optimal temperature and humidity ranges for the healthy development of apple fruits, determine appropriate light intensity and duration to ensure efficient photosynthesis, analyze the potential effects of different levels of PM10 and PM2.5 on apple leaves and fruits, thereby providing robust support for the healthy growth of apples. Using the collected data, a deep neural network model correlating apple quality with environmental parameters is constructed, to thoroughly explore which combinations of environmental conditions can yield apples with higher sweetness, crisper texture, more vivid color, and other desirable traits, laying a solid foundation for significantly improving apple quality. This data-driven approach provides effective support for intelligent regulation of apple orchard environments: it automatically adjusts irrigation volume, ventilation intensity, shading degree, and other parameters based on real-time data, creating suitable growth conditions for apples and enhancing planting efficiency and yield. The optimized environmental regulation experience is then promoted and applied to apple planting in different regions, forming a multi-dimensional, fine-grained perception and control model, which effectively promotes the apple planting industry towards a scientific, efficient, and transferable development direction, and comprehensively enhances the competitiveness of the entire industry. 1. Data Collection: This system collects real-time multi-dimensional environmental data including air temperature and humidity, light intensity, PM10, etc. from apple orchards via IoT devices such as air temperature and humidity sensors, light sensors, etc., combined with 4G/5G, Wi-Fi and wired networks.
