本发明涉及一种耐沸水植物蛋白基木材胶 黏剂及其制备方法和应用。所述植物蛋白基木材 胶黏剂含有水性聚氨酯粘合剂、水性环氧树脂交 联剂;其中,所述水性聚氨酯粘合剂和水性环氧 树脂交联剂质量之和占耐沸水植物蛋白基木材 胶黏剂总质量的5-15%;优选7-11%;进一步优 选10-11%。本发明所述植物蛋白基木材胶黏剂 具有固含量高,制备工艺简单、反应活性强,胶接 强度高等优点,解决了普通植物蛋白基胶黏剂耐 水性差,尤其是耐沸水性差的问题,能够满足户外人造板用胶黏剂的耐水强度要求。
This invention relates to a boiling-water-resistant plant protein-based wood adhesive, as well as its preparation method and application. The plant protein-based wood adhesive comprises waterborne polyurethane adhesive and waterborne epoxy resin crosslinker. Specifically, the total mass of the waterborne polyurethane adhesive and waterborne epoxy resin crosslinker accounts for 5-15% of the total mass of the boiling-water-resistant plant protein-based wood adhesive, preferably 7-11%, and more preferably 10-11%. The plant protein-based wood adhesive provided by this invention has the advantages of high solid content, simple preparation process, high reactivity and excellent bonding strength. It solves the problems of poor water resistance, especially poor boiling water resistance, of common plant protein-based adhesives, and can meet the water resistance strength requirements of adhesives for outdoor wood-based panels.
