R-script and data: Sustainable food security assessment of crop production dynamics in Indonesia

This repository contains the data and main script used to generate the results presented in the paper, and is organized into four broad components: 1. Agriculture and Crop Data AgriCrop_Data.txt: Agricultural livelihood data for Indonesia, collected every five years from 2000 to 2020, covering Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi. 2. Socio-Ecological Data SocioEcological_SumatraData.txt: Village-level socio-ecological data for Sumatra. SocioEcological_KalimantanData.txt: Village-level socio-ecological data for Kalimantan. SocioEcological_SulawesiData.txt: Village-level socio-ecological data for Sulawesi. 3. Village Boundary Dataset VillagePolygons_Sumatra.zip: Shapefile containing village boundary polygons for Sumatra. VillagePolygons_Kalimantan.zip: Shapefile containing village boundary polygons for Kalimantan. VillagePolygons_Sulawesi.zip: Shapefile containing village boundary polygons for Sulawesi. 4. Main Script R-script.txt: The primary R script used to process the data and generate the results presented in the paper.
