资源简介：
This dataset consists of 740 Escherichia coli genomes isolated from human sources worldwide between 2017 and 2023. The genomic data include associated metadata such as year of isolation, isolation site, and country of origin. All genome assemblies were retrieved from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), and accession links are provided within the dataset.
All sequences were obtained from public NCBI repositories (Genome and Assembly databases). Metadata were curated from NCBI BioSample and RefSeq FTP records to ensure consistency.
Comprehensive genomic characterization was performed, including: Phylogroup assignment using ClermontTyping
Multi-Locus Sequence Typing (MLST) using the Achtman scheme. Antibiotic resistance gene detection with ResFinder and CARD, Biocide resistance gene screening with BacMet
The dataset includes presence/absence matrices for identified resistance genes and relevant genomic features.
