资源简介:
Summary spatial data for the paper:
Oksanen, T., Oksanen, O., Vuorinen, K. E. M., Wolf, C., Mäkynen, A., Olofsson, J., Ripple, W. J., Virtanen, R., Utsi, T. A. "The impact of thermal seasonality on terrestrial endotherm food web dynamics: a revision of the Exploitation Ecosystem Hypothesis." Ecography (in press).

The complete methods used to derive the provided datasets are given in our paper. A brief overview is presented below:

1. felid_ranges.tif is a multi-band raster (100-km resolution, Mollweide projection) containing coarsened felid ranges derived from IUCN Red List spatial data. The felid species associated with each band of the raster is identified in felid_data.csv (same order as in felid_ranges.tif raster). Only main land and land reachable by ice bridge is included here.
2. felid_data.csv contains basic data on the felid species, derived from the IUCN Red List
3. felid_presence.tif is a raster (100-km resolution, Mollweide projection) indicating pixels where at least one felid species is present. As with felid_ranges.tif, only main land and land reachable by ice bridge was considered.
4. predator_NPP.tif (100-km resolution, Mollweide projection) is a coarsened version of net primary productivity (NPP), where the value of each 100-km pixel is the mean NPP of the top 10% highest cells within the pixel.
