Bispyribac-sodium herbicide tolerance in Hemp (Cannabis sativa L)

To elucidate the genetic basis of herbicide tolerance in hemp against bispyribac-sodium, a transcriptomic study was conducted using RNA sequencing. Plants were divided into three experimental groups: (1) untreated control, (2) 24 hours after treatment and (3) 48 hours after treatment with three replicates per group. This study aims to identify differentially expressed genes and molecular pathways associated with herbicide response in hemp.
