Data for the manuscript "Formation of stagnant slabs in the mantle transition zone due to reduction in grainsize and viscosity following spinel-to-post-spinel phase transition". The files including all the temperature, viscosity (in log scale), velocity, grainsize (in log scale), and grain growth rate (in log scale) fields for all the cases in the paper. The names of each directory corresponds to the case name in Table S2. The first two columns in the data are the coordinates in km.本稿件《尖晶石至后尖晶石相变（spinel-to-post-spinel phase transition）后晶粒尺寸（grainsize）与黏度（viscosity）降低导致地幔过渡带（mantle transition zone）停滞板片（stagnant slabs）的形成》的配套数据集。本数据集包含论文中所有模拟工况的温度场、黏度场（对数刻度，log scale）、速度场、晶粒尺寸场（对数刻度，log scale）及晶粒生长速率场（对数刻度，log scale）数据。各子目录的名称与补充材料表S2中的工况名称一一对应。数据文件的前两列为以千米（km）为单位的坐标。
