Demand for geolocated land values

This dataset “Requests for Land Values”, published and produced by the Directorate-General for Public Finance, allows us to know the real estate transactions that have taken place over the last five years in the metropolitan territory and the DOM-TOM, with the exception of Alsace-Moselle and Mayotte.The data contained are derived from notarial deeds and cadastral information. In accordance with Decree No. 2018-1350 of 28 December 2018 on the publication in electronic form of information on the property values declared on the occasion of real estate transfers, this DVF file is now available in open data. The publication of these data meets the objective of transparency of land and property markets. ### The DVF file contains personal data and the DGFiP draws your attention to the legal obligations arising therefrom. * Article R112 A-3 of the Book of Tax Procedures provides that the use of these files must not allow the re-identification of the persons concerned, indirectly. * The re-use of data should not allow data to be indexed from external search engines.
