Data for the paper by Schubert et al. about SUMO-PALM coupling and application to Berlin-Charlottenburg, Germany

This package contains the data used in the paper Schubert et al. about the coupling of SUMO and PALM, and its application to Berlin-Charlottenburg, Germany. In the file and folder names, sum stands for the simulated summer day and win for the simulated winter day. ref stands for the reference simulation and trf for the traffic simulation. PALM_results: 2m air temperature (variable ta_2m_xy) and 10m wind speed (variable ws_10m_xy) PALM_setups: PALM setup and input files including namelist, static and dynamic driver PALM_traffic_code: Patch file for PALM 2025.10 to add traffic heat emissions to PALM from the variable shf_ah in the dynamic driver SUMO_results: SUMO results with vehicle positions and fuel consumption for each time step
