The anonymized dataset for replicating our study findings.

This is the dataset for replicating the study findings of "The associations of <i>IGF2</i>, <i>IGF2R</i> and <i>IGF2BP2</i> gene polymorphisms with gestational diabetes mellitus: a case-control study". This dataset contains relevant information for 1703 pregnant women [835 gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and 868 Non-GDM] recruited in this case-control study from January 15, 2018 to March 31, 2019 in China. Relevant information such as OGTT0h, OGTT1h, OGTT2h, age, education, height, weight, BMI, gravidity, parity, family history of diabetes, and genotyping of candidate SNPs (<i>IGF2</i><i> </i>rs680, <i>IGF2R</i> rs416572, <i>IGF2BP2 </i>rs4402960, rs1470579, rs11705701, rs6777038, rs16860234, rs7651090) of the patients were recored.
