Development plan Allermöhe 27 1st amendment Hamburg

Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance on the Building Plan Allermöhe 27 of 21 February 2006 (HmbGVBl. P. 93) is amended as follows:
1. The following new points 3, 4 and 5 are inserted after point 2:
3. In the commercial areas, entertainment venues, brothels and brothel-like establishments are prohibited. Exceptions for apartments pursuant to Section 8(3)(1) of the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 15 September 1977 (BGBl. I p. 1764), as amended on 19. December 1986 (BGBl. I p. 2665), as well as for facilities for church, cultural, social, health and sporting purposes are excluded. Childcare facilities are exceptionally permitted.
4. In industrial areas, exceptions for dwellings pursuant to Section 9(3)(1) of the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 11 June 2013 (BGBl. I p. 1548, 1551), and for installations for church, cultural, social, health and sporting purposes are subject to exemptions
excluded. Childcare facilities are exceptionally permitted.
5. At a distance of 50 m from the solenoid of the outer conductor of the 110 KV line, childcare facilities shall not be permitted.’

2006年2月21日发布的《阿勒默赫27号建筑规划条例》（HmbGVBl. P. 93）第2条修正如下：
1. 在原第2点后新增第3、4、5点：
3. 商业区域内禁止设立娱乐场所、妓院及类妓院机构。但1977年9月15日颁布、1986年12月19日修订的《建筑使用条例》（BGBl. I p. 1764、BGBl. I p. 2665）第8条第3款第1项所规定的住宅例外情形，以及用于宗教、文化、社会、卫生及体育用途的设施除外。托育服务设施可获破例许可。
4. 工业区域内，1990年1月23日颁布、2013年6月11日最新修订的《建筑使用条例》（BGBl. I p. 133、BGBl. I p. 1548、1551）第9条第3款第1项所规定的住宅例外情形，以及用于宗教、文化、社会、卫生及体育用途的设施，需经豁免审批后方可设立。托育服务设施可获破例许可。
5. 距110千伏（KV）线路外导体的螺线管50米范围内，不得设立托育服务设施。
2. 原第3至12点调整为第6至15点。
