本数据集主要设计和制备肿瘤微环境调控的新型纳米药物递送载体，设计和合成了生物大分子官能化的纳米材料，用于抗肿瘤研究。数据集主要记录了材料设计思路、制备、表征、毒性以及在体内体外抗肿瘤效果研究的一系列数据，数据量为860MB。
This dataset is dedicated to the design and fabrication of novel nanoscale drug delivery carriers for regulating the tumor microenvironment. Biomacromolecule-functionalized nanomaterials were designed and synthesized for anticancer research. The dataset mainly records a series of data covering material design rationale, preparation, characterization, toxicity evaluation, and in vitro and in vivo anticancer efficacy studies, with a total data size of 860 MB.
