Facial expression recognition in MCI

<p>This projects aims to investigate the ability to recognize emotional facial expressions in MCI individuals compared to healthy elderly and young individuals.</p>

<p>This dataset include the perfomance of 27 MCI individual, 31 healthy elderly and 29 healtthy Young participants using two task: one with static facial expressions (photographs) and another with Dynamic ones (videos). The test procedure has been presented in detail previously (Alonso-Recio et al., 2021). Stimuli were obtained from the Amsterdam Dynamic Facial Expression Set (ADFES; van der Schalk et al., 2011).To describe groups regarding sex, age, depression, anxiety and general cognitive status, we compared sex, age, scores on the spanish version of the Goldberg's Anxiety and depression scale (GADS; Monton et al., 1993) and scores on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (Nasreddine et al., 2005).</p>

本项目旨在探究轻度认知障碍（Mild Cognitive Impairment, MCI）患者相较于健康老年人与健康青年人的情绪面部表情识别能力。

本数据集包含27名轻度认知障碍患者、31名健康老年人及29名健康青年参与者在两项任务中的表现：一项为静态面部表情任务（使用面部照片），另一项为动态面部表情任务（使用面部视频）。本次测试的具体流程已在既往研究中详细阐述（Alonso-Recio等人，2021）。实验刺激材料取自阿姆斯特丹动态面部表情集（Amsterdam Dynamic Facial Expression Set, ADFES；van der Schalk等人，2011）。为描述三组受试者的性别、年龄、抑郁、焦虑及总体认知状态，我们对比了各组的性别分布、年龄、西班牙版戈德堡焦虑抑郁量表（Goldberg's Anxiety and Depression Scale, GADS；Monton等人，1993）得分，以及蒙特利尔认知评估量表（Montreal Cognitive Assessment；Nasreddine等人，2005）得分。
