Hypoxia leads to the aggregation of PD-L1 on the cell membrane without altering the overall protein expression level of PD-L1. Identify differentially expressed genes in the hypoxic transcriptome to reveal the key proteins involved in PD-L1 membrane trafficking, using samples of SCC25 cells treated with normoxia and hypoxia for 12 hours. There are a total of 6 samples, with the control group being the normoxic group and the experimental group being the hypoxic group. There are 3 normoxic samples and 3 hypoxic samples, all treated for 12 hours.
