IL-8 and TNFalpha release in the cellular medium [Individual measurements]

This dataset was generated in an in vitro study where 3 cell lines (Caco-2, HT29-MTX-E12, THP-1) were cocultured in 6.5 mm Transwell® with 0.4 µm Pore Polyester Membrane Insert to mimick the intestinal environment in order to assess the potential anti-inflammatory effects of several chemical compounds.
IL-8 and TNFalpha levels were measured from the collected medium of cells using specific ELISA kits. Values are expressed either as a concentration or as a percentage to control.
This dataset includes single measurements for each sample.
