SRIM Range calculations for IAEA 2007 and 2017 Beam Monitor Reactions Dataset.

This dataset provides SRIM (Stopping and Range of Ions in Matter) simulation results for ion–matter interaction ranges corresponding to the IAEA Beam Monitor Reaction (BMR) compilations of 2007 and 2017.The data include computed range values for charged-particle-induced reactions used as beam monitors in activation and yield experiments.Each dataset file corresponds to a specific reaction and ion energy configuration, generated using SRIM’s full-cascade mode. These results were produced to support the comparison of SRIM-based range calculations with the IMRA_BMR computational model and experimental reference data, as described in:Mustafa Rabuş (2025), “Ion–Matter Interaction: Range and Activity Calculation Model vs Database Comparison.” The ZIP archive contains: SRIM input and output text files for IAEA-BMR-2007 reactions SRIM input and output text files for IAEA-BMR-2017 reactions Reaction metadata (ion, target, energy, range)
