Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria sequencing

This research project focuses on genome sequencing antibiotic-resistant bacteria found in samples collected from Nyabau Waterfall and Bintulu's soil and water sources. Through advanced sequencing and assembly techniques, we aim to identify and analyze the genetic makeup of these bacteria, shedding light on their resistance mechanisms. This investigation is crucial for understanding the prevalence and potential threats posed by antibiotic-resistant strains in these environments, aiding in the development of strategies for better management and prevention.
