Net cost of labour market measures, divided by the number of inhabitants in the municipality 31/12. Net cost means gross cost less gross revenue. Refers to the municipality’s employment-promoting measures and labour market measures financed in whole or in part by the municipality. This includes labour market workers and jobseekers participating in labour market policies or in municipal employment, which are offered in order to mitigate the effects of unemployment. The municipality’s costs for labour market interventions within coordination associations are also included.
