在野外采集菌株，通过解剖中肠获得样品，并通过克隆获得目的基因，探讨Bt毒素受体基因单核苷酸多态性与抗性的关系
Strains were collected from the wild. Samples were acquired by dissecting their midguts, and target genes were obtained via cloning to investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of Bt toxin receptor genes and resistance.
