Uterosacral Ligament Histological Images from Pelvic Organ Prolapse Patients

Trichrome stained uterosacral ligament histological preparations from specimen biorepository. Images in this file were from patients who received a diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and were treated with corrective POP surgery. Specimens were evaluated using quantitative and semi-quantitative measures by a histopathologist who was blinded to non-prolapse or prolapse diagnosis. A database of measurements along with patient characteristics is available in this data repository.

本数据集源自标本生物样本库中的子宫骶韧带组织制片标本，所有标本均经三色染色（Trichrome）处理。本文件收录的图像均来自确诊为盆腔器官脱垂（Pelvic Organ Prolapse, POP）并接受POP矫正手术的患者。标本由一名对患者脱垂/非脱垂诊断情况不知情的组织病理学家，通过定量与半定量评估方法完成评估。本数据仓库中同时提供了包含测量数据与患者特征的数据库。
