Regulations on the Qualifications, Appointment and Dismissal of Commercial Explosives Managers. Issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs on June 7, 2006 (R.O.C. 95), amended in September 2010 (R.O.C. 99), amended in November 2012 (R.O.C. 101), and reissued in April 2014 (R.O.C. 103). This document serves as the regulatory basis for relevant industries to handle the management of qualifications, appointment and dismissal of commercial explosives managers.
