Curated phage lysins collection including identifiers, amino acid sequences, functional domain predictions, architectures and physicochemical properties calculations

Two comma-separated values (CSV) files named 'lysins_rf.csv' and 'lysins_pf.csv', the first one containing the full list of lysin entries (with GenBank/RefSeq sequence identifiers, amino acid sequences, bacterial hosts data, architectural information and sequence-based physicochemical calculations) and the second one comprising the domain sequence predictions performed on the aforementioned lysins according to PfamScan (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/pfa/pfamscan/)

本数据集包含两个逗号分隔值（Comma-Separated Values，CSV）格式文件，分别命名为'lysins_rf.csv'与'lysins_pf.csv'。其中第一个文件收录了完整的溶素条目列表，内容涵盖GenBank/RefSeq序列标识符、氨基酸序列、细菌宿主数据、蛋白结构架构信息，以及基于序列的理化性质计算结果；第二个文件则包含针对上述溶素，采用PfamScan（https://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/pfa/pfamscan/）完成的结构域序列预测结果。
