Restriction site-associated DNA sequencing of Fundulus diaphanus

These sequences result from restriction site-associated DNA sequencing of Fundulus diaphanus diaphanus, Fundulus diaphanus menona, and Fundulus diaphanus diaphanus X Fundulus diaphanus menona. Fin clips were taken from each individual, processed following the BestRAD protocol using the SbfI-HF restriction enzyme in the NEBNext and NEBNext UltraTM DNA Library Prep Kit, and sequenced at the Roy J. Carver Sequencing Center at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. Sequencing was done on an Illumina Novaseq 6000, SP flowcell with 1 lane, paired-reads, a read length of 150, and on an SP flowcell.
