2018 Social Accounting Matrix for Cambodia

The Nexus Project is a collaboration between IFPRI and its partners, including national statistical agencies and research institutions. Our aim is to improve the quality of social accounting matrices (SAMs) used for computable general equilibrium (CGE) modeling. The Nexus Project develops toolkits and establishes common data standards, procedures, and classification systems for constructing and updating national SAMs. The 2018 Cambodia SAM follows the Standard Nexus Structure. The open access version of the Cambodia SAM separates domestic production into 42 activities. Factors are disaggregated into labor, agricultural land, and capital. Labor is further disaggregated across three education categories. Representative households are disaggregated by rural and urban areas and by per capita expenditure quintile. The remaining accounts include enterprises, government, taxes, savings-and-investment, and the rest of the word.Nexus项目（The Nexus Project）是国际粮食政策研究所（International Food Policy Research Institute, IFPRI）及其合作伙伴（含各国国家统计机构与研究机构）联合发起的合作项目。本项目旨在提升用于可计算一般均衡（Computable General Equilibrium, CGE）建模的社会核算矩阵（Social Accounting Matrix, SAM）的质量。Nexus项目开发了标准化工具包，并建立了用于编制与更新国家级社会核算矩阵的统一数据标准、操作流程与分类体系。2018年版柬埔寨社会核算矩阵遵循标准Nexus架构。该柬埔寨社会核算矩阵的开放获取版本将国内生产活动划分为42个类别。生产要素被细分为劳动力、农业用地与资本三类；其中劳动力进一步按三种教育水平进行细分。代表性家庭按城乡地域与人均支出五分位进行分组。其余账户涵盖企业、政府、税收、储蓄-投资账户以及世界其他地区。
