区分伯顿慈鲷（Astatotilapia burtoni，简称A. burtoni）实验室品系雌雄个体的限制性酶切位点相关DNA单核苷酸多态性（Restriction-site Associated DNA Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, 简称RAD SNPs），并附带尼罗罗非鱼（Oreochromis niloticus，简称O. niloticus）与伯顿慈鲷基因组上的碱基局部比对搜索工具（Basic Local Alignment Search Tool, 简称BLAST）比对结果。其中加粗标注的单核苷酸多态位点仅呈现父本向子代雄性的等位基因遗传模式，佐证了XX-XY性别决定系统的存在。（XLS格式，56 KB）
