Prolyl Hydroxylase Inhibition and HIF-dependent Metabolic Reprogramming Protects Against Lethal SARS-CoV-2 Infection

Data is total sum normalized targeted metabolomics data from B6.Cg-Tg(K18-ACE2)2Prlmn/J mice (K18-hACE2) lungs. Data was collected as part of two seperate experiments designated by Exp413 and Exp415. Data was collected at day 3 and day 5 post infection with SARS-CoV-2 with or without treatment with the Prolyl Hydroxylase inhibitor DMOG.
