This dataset supports the findings of the article titled <i>"Impact of Prior Shock Wave Lithotripsy on Outcomes of Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery for 1–2 cm Lower Pole Kidney Stones: A Comparative Analysis by the EAU–YAU Endourology &amp; Urolithiasis Working Group."</i> It includes anonymized clinical and surgical data of 83 patients who underwent retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) between February 2019 and September 2024. The data compares patients who had RIRS after failed shock wave lithotripsy (SWL) with those who underwent primary RIRS, focusing on operative parameters, stone-free rates, and complications. All data were analyzed using R software. The dataset is available upon reasonable request from the corresponding author, subject to ethical and institutional approval, due to patient confidentiality restrictions.

本数据集用于支撑题为《术前体外冲击波碎石术对1~2 cm肾下盏结石逆行肾内手术结局的影响——EAU-YAU泌尿内镜与尿石症工作组的比较分析》的研究论文的相关发现。数据集纳入2019年2月至2024年9月期间接受逆行肾内手术（retrograde intrarenal surgery, RIRS）的83例患者的匿名临床与手术数据，对比了体外冲击波碎石术（shock wave lithotripsy, SWL）失败后接受RIRS的患者与初次接受RIRS的患者的临床结局，重点涵盖手术参数、无石率及并发症发生情况。所有数据均通过R统计软件完成分析。鉴于患者隐私保密要求，本数据集需经合理申请并获得伦理与机构审批后，方可向通讯作者获取。
