public transport quality class

The public transport quality classes are an instrument to describe the quality of public transport development. The public transport quality class of a location results from the distance to a public transport stop and the offer (tact density) at that stop. The calculation is based on the (now no longer valid) VSS standard SN 640290. The methodology of the standard has been extended to take account of the specific circumstances in the canton of Solothurn. The calculation takes into account topography and obstacles.公共交通质量等级（public transport quality classes）是用于表征公共交通发展质量的评价工具。某一地点的公共交通质量等级由该地点至公共交通停靠站的距离，以及该停靠站的服务供给（tact density，班次密度）共同决定。其计算依据现已失效的VSS标准SN 640290。该标准的计算方法已针对索洛图恩州的具体情况进行了拓展适配。本次计算同时兼顾了地形与通行障碍因素。
