资源简介:
This present archive contains the data tables enclosing the results of our study on the global contemporary and future patterns of marine copepod functional diversity and how it relates to the functioning of the biological carbon pump (Benedetti et al., 2025, accepted in Global Change Biology).
'file1' contains the contemporary fields of mean annual copepod taxonomic (i.e., species richness) and functional diversity as well as the proxy variables of ecosystem functioning. The data of this file this allow to reproduce the following main figures of the manuscript: Figures 1,2,3 and 4
'file2' contains the future ensemble projections of mean annual relative changes (in %) in copepod species richness and functional diversity. The data of this file allow to reproduce the following main figures of the manuscript: Figure 5
the two readme files describe the content of each corresponding .txt files
The full methodology that lead to the present results is exhaustively described here: https://ecoevorxiv.org/repository/view/7433/
The R scripts used to make the study can be found at: https://zenodo.org/records/14747330
