Substance of the free surface water table of the plain territory of the Piedmont Region obtained from the piezometric survey defined in the scale 1:100,000 of July 2002 - Water Protection Plan: Monographs of hydrogeological area - UTM WGS84. The subsistence of a water table is the distance between its piezometric and topographic surface. Substance values are influenced by seasonal rainfall variations, watercourse regime and intense agricultural activity (pumping from wells, canal irrigation).本数据集涵盖皮埃蒙特大区平原区域的自由潜水面埋深数据，其来源于2002年7月发布的比例尺1:100000测压勘测成果——《水资源保护计划：水文地质区域专论》——坐标系采用UTM WGS84。潜水面埋深指的是其测压水面与地形表面之间的垂直距离。该埋深数值受季节性降雨变化、河道径流特征以及高强度农业活动（水井抽水、渠系灌溉）的影响。
