镉是最常见的重金属元素污染物之一,对人体的危害主要是慢性蓄积性,如长期食用含镉超标的蔬菜,会使肾脏器官等发生病变,并影响人的正常活动,造成贫血、高血压、神经痛、骨质松软、肾炎和分泌失调等病症。本数据可以对蔬菜中镉含量的情况进行安全性评价,为政府监管、消费者购买提供参考和技术支撑。1.数据采集:采集抽样地区、抽样场所、样品名称等信息;2蔬菜中镉含量检测:通过对农贸市场蔬菜摊位抽样进行检测获得相关镉含量数据结果;3数据处理:筛选出蔬菜中镉含量超标检测结果,用于评估其食用安全性,蔬菜中镉含量超标问题发现率=蔬菜中镉含量检出超标次数/蔬菜中镉含量监测总次数*100%;4、数据应用: 蔬菜中镉含量超标问题项检测结果可以作为市民采购蔬菜安全性评价依据,为监管部门靶向监管提供技术支撑。
Cadmium is one of the most prevalent heavy metal pollutants. Its adverse effects on the human body are primarily chronic and cumulative. For instance, long-term consumption of vegetables with excessive cadmium content can cause lesions in organs such as kidneys, impair normal physiological activities, and lead to various health issues including anemia, hypertension, neuralgia, osteomalacia, nephritis, and endocrine disorders. This dataset can be utilized to perform safety assessments of cadmium concentrations in vegetables, offering reference and technical support for government supervision and consumers' purchasing decisions. 1. Data Collection: Collect information such as sampling region, sampling site, and sample name; 2. Cadmium Content Detection in Vegetables: Obtain relevant cadmium content data by sampling and testing vegetable stalls in agricultural markets; 3. Data Processing: Screen out test results indicating excessive cadmium content in vegetables for edible safety evaluation. The detection rate of excessive cadmium content in vegetables is calculated as (number of detected excessive cadmium cases / total number of cadmium monitoring tests for vegetables) × 100%; 4. Data Application: The test results of excessive cadmium content in vegetables can serve as a basis for citizens to evaluate the safety of purchased vegetables, and provide technical support for targeted supervision by regulatory departments.
