Oil shuttle tanker shipping volume 2010-2030, by key country

Brazil reported the largest volume of crude oil shipped via shuttle tankers in 2021. That year, over one billion barrels of crude oil were transported from oil rigs and platforms off the coast of Brazil to nearby ports and terminals. Brazil is expected to increase its shipping volume even further, with forecasts suggesting it could climb to around 1.8 billion barrels by 2030.
