Surface-based entity at the origin of the risk of PPC CRISTAL’s Technological Risk Prevention Plan (TPPP) in Haut-Rhin

The origin of the risk characterises the real-world entity which, through its presence, represents a potential risk. This origin may be characterised by a name and, in some cases, a geographical object locating the actual entity causing the risk. The location of the entity and the knowledge of the dangerous phenomenon are used to define the risk pools, the risk-exposed areas that underpin the RPP.
In PPRTs, it represents the enclosure of the facility(s) classified for environmental protection (CEPI) at the origin of the risk analysed and addressed by the RPP. In the PPRT methodology, it is described as a grey area.

风险源是指一类现实存在的实体，其自身的存在即可构成潜在风险。该风险源可通过名称进行表征，在部分场景下还可通过定位该风险实际成因实体的地理对象来进一步明确。实体的位置与危险现象相关认知，可用于界定风险池——即支撑RPP的风险暴露区域。
在PPRT中，该风险源指代RPP所分析并处置的风险源处的环境保护分级设施（CEPI，classified for environmental protection）围合区域。在PPRT方法体系中，该风险源被界定为灰色区域。
