Single-cell transcriptomes identify patient-tailored therapies for selective co-inhibition of cancer clones

Here, we describe a machine learning approach, scTherapy, which leverages single-cell transcriptomic profiles to prioritize multi-targeting treatment options for individual patients with hematological cancers or solid tumors.
