The pathogenic microorganisms in organic fertilizer can cause crop diseases, beneficial microorganisms can change the soil structure, effectively alleviate soil compaction, improve fertilizer utilization efficiency, analyze the microbial community diversity of organic fertilizer, and quantitatively evaluate the quality of organic fertilizer, and then guide the actual production and use of organic fertilizer, which is of great significance. The researchers obtained the bacterial and fungal community data in organic fertilizer samples from different production processes through high-throughput sequencing, and carried out taxonomic unit species labeling and abundance analysis and alpha sample diversity analysis, and integrated the sequencing data and analysis results into a scientific dataset, which can be used as basic data for the study of organic fertilizer quality and production process.
