The basic information of patients infected with drug-resistant Candida spp. strains

A: Distribution of Candida species. Among these 49 drug-resistant Candida spp. strains, C. tropicalis for 17 strains (34.69), C. albicans accounted for 16 strains (32.65%), C. parapsilosis for 10 strains (20.41%), and C. glabrata for 6 strains (12.24%). B: Gender distribution of 49 patients with drug-resistant Candida infection. Among these 49 patients, 75.51% (37/49) of them were male, while 24.49% (12/49) were female. C: Ages distribution of 49 patients with drug-resistant Candida infection. Among these 49 patients, 2 patients aged below 40, 47 patients aged over 40, accounting for 95.92% (47/49) and 36 patients were over 60, accounting for 73.47% (36/49). D: Department distribution of 49 patients with drug-resistant Candida infection. Among these 49 patients, 37 patients (75.51%) were in the ICU, 9 patients (18.37%) were in medicine wards, and 2 patients (4.08%) were surgical patients. One case (2.04%) was from other hospital units.
