隧道高性能喷射混凝土的现场应用技术研究的相关试验数据。喷射混凝土现场喷射回弹率测试:在喷射施工过程中,采用彩条布收集混凝土回弹料。在隧道一环施工完成后将收集到的回弹料过磅,称量上述回弹料的质量。在已知施工混凝土总量的基础上,结合称量的回弹料质量,即可计算得到喷射混凝土施工回弹率。其他现场取样测试根据工程进度和安全作业距离要求,选择现场喷射混凝土合适位置进行钻芯取样,开展抗压强度、电通量以及微观测试。委托高速铁路轨道系统全国重点实验室和应用工点现场试验室进行检测。采用万能试验机、电通量测定仪、抗渗仪等设备采集试验。所有试验操作和数据记录严格遵守国家、行业相关标准规范,如《普通混凝土力学性能试验方法标准》(GB/T 50081-2019)。本项目部分原始数据可用于高性能喷射混凝土应用关键技术的创新研发。

This dataset encompasses experimental data for research on on-site application technologies of high-performance tunnel shotcrete. On-site rebound rate test for shotcrete: During the shotcreting construction process, color-striped tarpaulins are used to collect rebounded shotcrete materials. Once the construction of one tunnel lining ring is completed, the collected rebounded materials are weighed using platform scales to obtain their mass. Based on the known total shotcrete consumption and the measured mass of the rebounded materials, the rebound rate of shotcrete construction can be calculated. For other on-site sampling tests, core drilling sampling is performed at appropriate locations of the on-site shotcrete in accordance with project progress and safe operation distance requirements, to conduct tests on compressive strength, electric flux and microstructural properties. The tests are commissioned to the National Key Laboratory of High-Speed Railway Track System and the on-site laboratory at the application construction site. Test data are collected using equipment such as universal testing machines, electric flux testers and impermeability testers. All test operations and data recording strictly comply with relevant national and industrial standards and specifications, such as Standard for Test Methods of Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete (GB/T 50081-2019). Portions of the original data from this project are available for innovative research and development of key technologies for high-performance shotcrete applications.
